Strategy

To help overcome the marketing roadblocks for Somerville Legal, Founding Partner Tim Somerville,engaged with Lift Legal Marketing. Tim needed a team that provided the consistency and discipline to roll out regular newsletters for his firm.

To commence, our team developed a newsletter program and strategy that allowed Tim to keep in touch with his database of clients. As a growing practice, our team were also able to provide direction on how to clean the database to reduce the number of bounce backs when e-newsletters were sent.

Our newsletter team were also able to produce a publication schedule with topics and create legal content that allowed Tim to review and approve. It eliminated the need for his firm to write something from scratch and freed up his time to focus on his clients.

As part of the newsletter program, a fully branded e-newsletter template was designed and setup ready to share regular newsletters to Somerville Legal’s database.

A monthly newsletter program was established and since then, has increased brand awareness, significantly improved the firm’s open and bounce rates and increased leads.

Outcomes

The newsletter program established has played a crucial role in the firm’s brand awareness strategy. Clients who have dealt with the firm many years ago are now recontacting the firm to utilise their services once again. Since the starting the newsletter program, our team have been able to increase the click through rates and reduce bounce and the unsubscribe rates, proving that the content is of value to the clients reading it.

In addition, more repeat clients have contacted the firm and there is now consistency in sharing content with the firm’s database. Somerville Legal have renewed their contract for a second term, which is a testament to the hard work and results achieved by Lift Legal Marketing.
